Before joining Unzer, Amir held senior engineering leadership roles across fintech, logistics and digital technology. He has more than a decade of experience building and leading engineering teams.

As Chief Product & AI Officer at Unzer, Isabelle Bénard leads the company's product organization and AI strategy. She is responsible for developing the products that help simplify commerce for merchants by bringing together payments, software and financial services on one platform. She also leads the practical use of AI across Unzer's products and operations to improve merchant experiences and help teams work more effectively. Before joining Unzer, Isabelle held senior product roles at international technology companies. With more than 15 years of international experience, she has guided product teams through international expansion, platform development and post-acquisition integration, creating products that help businesses operate more efficiently and grow.

Götz Möller is the Chief Financial Officer (CFO) of Unzer. In this role, he oversees the company’s finance, planning, and accounting teams, supporting Unzer’s growth across Europe. He brings more than 20 years of international leadership experience in the payments and financial services industry. Before joining Unzer, he served as CFO and management board member at Nexi Germany, PPRO, PAYONE, and Equens (now part of Worldline), where he helped drive business growth and transformation. Götz holds a PhD in Physics and an MBA from INSEAD.

Dr. Max Steiger is Chief Compliance and Governance Officer at fintech company Unzer, where he is responsible for compliance, anti-money laundering, information security, and ESG. He brings extensive experience in governance, risk management, and regulatory transformation. Before joining Unzer, Dr. Max Steiger spent nearly twenty years in senior compliance roles at Deutsche Bank in Frankfurt. Since 2024, he has also served on the executive board of the German Association of Payment and E-Money Institutions (bvzi).

As Chief Commercial Officer at Unzer, Pascal Beij leads the company’s commercial strategy and growth across Europe. He focuses on helping small and medium-sized businesses grow through integrated payment and software solutions. Under his leadership, Unzer continues to expand its unified commerce platform, connecting online, in-store, and mobile commerce for more than 90,000 merchants across Europe. Before joining Unzer, Pascal Beij served as Senior Vice President Retail for Central Europe at payment provider Planet. With more than two decades of experience in payments and commerce, he is regarded as a recognized industry expert and thought leader.

Niv Liran is Chief Product and Technology Officer at Unzer, where he leads the company’s product and engineering organizations and shapes its technology strategy. Under his leadership, Unzer has built a unified platform that connects online and in-store commerce, giving businesses a real-time view of their operations and customer interactions. He also leads Unzer’s artificial intelligence initiatives, overseeing the company’s AI strategy and roadmap. Before joining Unzer, Niv held senior product and payments leadership roles at AUTO1 Group, Rocket Internet, and Groupon. He combines a background in computer science with an MBA from INSEAD and extensive experience scaling technology organizations and digital commerce platforms.

Robert Bueninck is CEO of Unzer Group and an experienced leader in the payments and commerce industry. Under his leadership, Unzer supports more than 90,000 merchants across Europe with integrated payment and software solutions that connect online and in-store commerce. Before joining Unzer, Robert spent nearly ten years at Klarna, where he held several senior leadership positions, including Managing Director for Benelux and DACH as well as Branch Manager of Klarna Bank in Germany.

Jacob von Ingelheim is Chief Risk and Transformation Officer (CRTO) at Unzer. He plays a key role in driving the company’s transformation and integration efforts as Unzer continues to bring payments, software, and financial services together in one connected platform. In addition, he oversees risk management and Unzer’s legal function. Before joining Unzer, Jacob held leadership positions at BillPay, Sofort, and Klarna, where he gained extensive experience across the payments and fintech industry.
